Best experience I have ever had at a dealership. While having my Chrysler 200 serviced, I looked at newer cars on the lot and was very taken by the ceramic blue sport version. Steve went to work right away and made it happen so fast I had to pinch myself. He was enthusiastic, extremely informative and courteous. He did not pressure me in any way which put me at ease throughout the process. When I met with Paula in Finance, my experience was pretty much the same. She was very friendly, informative and courteous, putting me totally at ease. Everyone I encountered at Garavel was professional and courteous, making my car buying experience the best I have ever had. More
