I was immediately greeted at the door by Karl Pingol, who was incredibly helpful. All of my questions were answered and before long I was on my way out of the lot in a brand new vehicle. I had had 2 very poor experiences in the past (did not buy either time) and was reluctant to go back. This is not the same dealership !
