Communicadtion by Sal was very good -- he kept us fully informed about our order status -- and delivered the new jeep slightly earlier than first planned. Staff were very attentive and took the time needed to bring the sale to conclusion. My wife and I both walked away informed about how to use the new jeep and encouraged to call with any questions we have as the weather improves and we want to remove the top. Amazing experience due to key individuals Bambi was a great presence for the various times we entered and exited the facility, very helpful in getting us where and what we needed. He was helpful, responsive, attentive, fast working, flexible, patient, friendly and honest. He made the process of trading-in the old and purchasing the new car excellent. He made us feel like we could trust him & be honest with him. I appreciated that Kevin leveled the playing field with us and treated us as equals. He did not treat us like children but rather adults that were his equal, I had never experienced that with a car salesman before and appreciated it. By far, the best salesman I have ever had. Carlos was fantastic and helped us decide what option for financing and all other important decisions were best for us. He was honest with us and did not make use feel pressured in any way. He was extremely patient with us, went over multiple options with us and explained everything thoroughly. My fiance and I are very thankful to him for making our first joined finance decision together so easy. Mark was great and I appreciate his patience with my fiance and I. It took us about 2 weeks to finalize prices and my fiance constantly gave Mark a hard time. During the exchanges Mark never got inpatient or frustrated with us, he worked with us on pricing for the trade-in as well as the purchase of the new vehicle. I can honestly say that I got a great value for my new car and an excellent trade-in value for my old car. Thank you to Mark and the team for the excellent service. Charles was my least favorite individual encountered throughout the entire process. He made me feel like I was a child when and how he spoke to me, as if I knew very little. He questioned everything I asked or wanted to be a part of. A quick example is that I wanted to accompany him during the test drive of my vehicle. When he asked me why I needed to come, I answered saying that someone has to accompany me driving your vehicle's, why should I not do the same for my own? His answer was that it seemed a little monotonous. Based on the experiences I had with him I voiced to Kevin & Mark that I had little desire to deal or work with him and they honored my opinion.
