Son's first car John Zech and the team at Garavel made the single mom buying a used car for her son an efficient and memorable experience. We arrived on Saturday to a John Zech and the team at Garavel made the single mom buying a used car for her son an efficient and memorable experience. We arrived on Saturday to a crowded lot and were greeted and advised on where to park. We were told where the used cars were parked and wondered the lot and found a car we wanted to test drive. We entered the sales office and were immediately greeted and met John Zech who took us to the car and arranged for the other cars to be moved so we could go for a test drive. John explained every detail of the car to my son and I sat quietly in the back seat having fond memories of Dodge cars growing up knowing it was American built. We loved the car and were ready to purchase however we then learned someone had put a deposit on the car in the morning. We asked to be put on a waiting list if the depositee was unable to secure financing as we were a cash buyer. My son learned that patience and "things are meant to be"in disappointment and appreciation as Monday at 9am our back up offer was accepted. We handled all the paperwork via email with the insurance company and I arrived at 2pm with a bank check and left at 2:45pm with a wonderful surprise for my son. I am grateful the course of events happened as they did and appreciate the staff and integrity of the Garavel staff. More

He listened to my requirements, relayed them to the sakes manager, Mark who promptly worked the business end and made me the offer that exceeded my expectations. Mark and Kevin, respected my experience and I left the dealership with no buyer's remorse. Kevin totally went the extra mile, even though we agreed on a Jeep within their inventory, Kevin located and delivered the Jeep that I really wanted. The delivery experience is second to none, meeting the sales manager, service manager and the owner, Paul Garavel, each one them made me feel like a valued client.. I will recommend Gravel JEEP to everyone. More

2017 Durango R/T I went to Garavel Dodge to buy a 2017 Durango R/T. My salesman was Sal Iodice and I must say that he was the sole reason I chose this dealership. He I went to Garavel Dodge to buy a 2017 Durango R/T. My salesman was Sal Iodice and I must say that he was the sole reason I chose this dealership. He has excellent customer service, attentiveness and knowledge of the products he represents. After test driving the R/T I decided to talk numbers. Sal was very accommodating in explaining everything regarding the purchase price and add ons. After going back and forth with the bosses, Sal presented me with a number to which I had to take some time to digest. I called Sal a few hours later and made an offer. He called me back with a certain number and I decided to return to the dealership to finish up the deal. My one complaint from this entire experience came at that point when the Manager "Big Mike" came and basically explained that a mistake had occurred and the price that I agreed on was actually $500 short of what it actually had to be. After a brief back and forth and feeling a bit annoyed with this incident, I decided the deal wasn't going to work and left. A day went by and I am happy to report that Sal re-contacted me and offered to try his best to resolve the issue. I basically explained to him that the only way I was going to complete the deal is if the promised price was honored. Sal called me back a few minutes later and agreed to the price and we were able to close the deal. Overall I liked this dealership, with the exception of the incident involving "Big Mike". Luckily Sal had the curtesy and honest attitude to get me back to the bargaining table. If you choose to go to this dealership, try to find Sal Iodice as he is a great salesman. More
