Their fair pricing and great service are a credit to every member of the staff. Today Carlos Trindade worked his magic with the pricing and financing to come up with a monthly payment that was much lower per month than I could have hoped for. I almost felt like I was taking unfair advantage of them. A feeling that not all car buyers have when leaving a dealership after the deal is signed. Not to forget the service department (having not dealt with them much due to reliability of their vehicles I lease) my dealings with oil changes and routine maintenance have been trouble free. The rest of my experience with the dealership sucked. The office was understaffed and there was no private office for us to sit in and talk numbers. It took over 5 hours to close the deal and I did not get the car we wanted and had to settler for a more expensive SUV, because the bank gave us a poor leasing rate on the doge we wanted or that is what I was told. The dealer also did not have or offer the Dodge SUV that was listed on your national website which is why I came to the dealer in the first place. When I questioned the sales Manager (Amir) about the why we could not get a better deal on the dodge I wanted I was told the bank was the problem. which to me said he was more interested in getting me into a more expensive car than getting me a deal on the car i wanted. More
