Christian in sales was a great help in getting the car in top condition for delivery. Amir was fair in the negotiation process and I think we both felt it was a good deal. They issued a goodwill check immediately and I received it within a week. They worked hard to satisfy me (after posting a review) and I am thankful for their efforts. As a result, I have updated my rating accordingly. The original review is below. Mixed review, unfortunately. I had a good experience during the buying process, but we hit a snag that has me disappointed. This snag, along with the fact that they very sneakily added in a $189 charge for VIN etching that I didn't approve, has me hesitant to make another purchase from this dealership. The vehicle I purchased was advertised as a dual DVD system with two units and two screens, which allows my children in the 2nd row to watch a different movie than the children in the 3rd row. Unfortunately, on our trip home from the dealership, we discovered the lower DVD unit did not play and is not functioning. My local dealership quoted $700+labor to replace the unit. Obviously, we're not going to do that, but had I known the second unit didn't work, I would have negotiated that into my pricing. I asked the dealership to consider a token gesture of $200 and they have refused. It is disappointing, to say the least as I feel that's a reasonable request. In the end, I can say that my salesperson, "Wrangler Rob," was great and did everything I asked of him. The finance manager Carlos was pushy and awkward, but very knowledgeable. But, again, it's a bit shady how this played out and I would caution future buyers to be extraordinarily thorough with checking to make sure all features work as advertised prior to signing the dotted line. Lesson learned for me. More
