First, the professionals I dealt with from the salesperson to the manager, to the business manager, to the receptionist, to people I encountered on the lot were all cheerful, informative, and stayed on task of helping me to learn, make a decision, and close the deal in a way that made me want to do the deal. No hard sells, etc. They offered test drives, water for my dog, refreshments, and all the information I needed to make a decision I was comfortable with. They produced information about car models and the carfax report for the car I was considering. They deciphered all the options on each car so instead of comparing apples to oranges, I could process in my brain the true differences between each of the pre owned vehicles I was considering. Cristian Georgescu my salesperson took extra interest in my car purchase and was very intuitive in telling me the information I was in need of. He was the perfect go between between the negotiators, the business office, and me as well. Bravo Cristian. Happy camper I came to the dealership with having my mind made up on getting myself a renegade, I wanted a removable sunroof. After seeing the compass and all it's I came to the dealership with having my mind made up on getting myself a renegade, I wanted a removable sunroof. After seeing the compass and all it's beauty and Kyle being so great and allowing me to put the different cars side by side and drive them back to back, I was able to make a more educated decision. He bent over backwards and ran a bunch of numbers for me so I could make the best choice for myself. Overall a great experience. Even at the end when I made a mistake with my paperwork and signed a form I did not realize was not applicable to me I was able to call the dealership and explain the issue and in no time at all Carlos was able to reverse it for me. Overall, a plus all around. Happy girl in a new compass. More
