Oil change, first service, went smoothly No surprises, and they also did a recall I wasn't aware of. Nice waiting room - tv, coffee/drinks, bagels, comfy chairs. Granted, extremely expensive for an oil change/tire rotation ($122), but as this was the first service, we thought it best to look over the whole car for anything. The last Jeep we purchased at another CT dealer included the first service free, which was extremely helpful and appreciated. They also did a recall service - that was fine, except we were never notified of a recall, so this is scary. More

Annie is the best! Annie was our salesperson, and she was GREAT. The car was handed off in very clean, new condition.
