Outstanding Buying Experience for a new Jeep Cherokee I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited at Garavel Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. My son and I arrived at the dealer interested in learning about the current Jeep offerings and determining whether any would be a good fit for my son’s needs. Neal Bournique did an outstanding job explaining and test driving the various Jeep models. Neal was patient, competent and credible, three characteristics I believe are increasingly difficult to find in sales people in any industry. With Neal’s help, we determined a Cherokee Limited High Altitude package was the car to buy. Neal proceeded to develop a very aggressive pricing, taking advantage of every possible promotion and discount available to us. Garavel had the exact Jeep we wanted in stock, but I didn’t like the gloss black wheels. At that point, Neal included "Big Mike" Simeone in the discussion and he instantly offered me two different wheel styles he’s swap in at no charge. Big Mike did a perfect job at creative problem solving, both closing the deal and ensuring my son and I left very happy. Neal, Big Mike, and the finance fellow who finalized all our paperwork did an outstanding job and I’d highly recommend these individuals, as well and the dealership overall. More
