Excellent Sales Experience - Returned for our 2nd Lease This was our 2nd lease from Garavel Jeep and our experience was just as great as our 1st lease - we specifically made an appointment with Mark who hel This was our 2nd lease from Garavel Jeep and our experience was just as great as our 1st lease - we specifically made an appointment with Mark who helped us before - he is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, doesn't rush you or push a hard sales routine, and is just an overall nice guy. Mark and Henry worked through a number of different scenarios with us to find a model and price that worked for all, searching for every rebate possible (finding I got a rebate through my employer that I didn't know about), and actually suggesting a creative deal in the end to appraise and purchase back our lease for them to re-sell, instead of just returning the lease - this allowed the price of the new lease to come down into our budget. Of course they wouldn't do this unless it was beneficial for them, but we're not looking to take on buying out the lease and then trying to sell it ourselves, that's their area of expertise - the point is they worked with us to find a mutually beneficial arrangement, and in my opinion that's the most you can ask for in any sales transaction.
