A Happy Customer The saleswoman, Morgan, was excellent. I arrived just before closing on Friday night and I received some figures. She stayed late to serve me. I said The saleswoman, Morgan, was excellent. I arrived just before closing on Friday night and I received some figures. She stayed late to serve me. I said I would be back Monday or Tuesday. I called Monday and made an appointment Tuesday. She showed me the two Jeeps I was interested in and explained the particulars of each vehicle. I took a test drive of the Jeep I was most interested and she explained all the features very well. She gave me numbers for a lease and purchase. This was a company vehicle so the CEO made the final decision. The numbers was good so we decided to come in and lease. We had an excellent experience up to this point. Morgan passed us on and suddenly the final number jumped 3K. We experienced this as a flimflam. The gentleman who was working with us then brought us back to the number we had agreed to and we went away very happy. The Jeep is a dream. I love it. I let the CEO drive it and he was pleased. I thank Morgan and the team who supported her for a 5 star experience. Some name tags on the desks would help to know who I talked to other than Morgan. More
