I wanted a very specific configuration and combination of features, and when it became clear they didn't have anything like that in their inventory, he suggested I could custom build a Wrangler to my exact specifications, and he walked me through that process and gave me a very fair quote on my trade that allowed me to make the decision. Maikel was thoughtful, courteous, helpful and friendly every step of the way, and Mary made all the paperwork painless.
