I was first contacted my Kerri Pace. She was really nice and connected me with Mark Porcheddu. Mark Porcheddu helped me find the car of my dreams that was around my budget. The day I got the car I was driving home at sunset with very bright sun and I realized that the windshield was really scratched up. I contacted Mark right away and left a message regarding the damage. I went back the next day and the manager Ernesto DePiano said that they would fix the windshield free of cost for me. I was so happy they did the right thing and agreed to fix the windshield for me. It shows they provide excellent service in the sales department. Edison Acevedo set up the service appointment for me and made sure my windshield was successfully changed. He was a nice guy. But, the loaner car the service department gave me stunk of cigarettes and was dirty. So it was a little annoying that I had to drive around in a smoke smelling car for three days. I don't know which worker picked out that loaner car but I didn't really like that. I will give my experience a 5/5. More
