I came in the dealership because my break pedal was making an squeaking noise. They found issues and fixed the problem. Four days after they fixed it the squeaking noise return. Brought back they che making an squeaking noise. They found issues and fixed the problem. Four days after they fixed it the squeaking noise return. Brought back they check the break pedal and found no issues. They lubricator all the points and noise is gone. One week and a day half the noise return. Not sure what to do next. This is a brand new car. Bought over Memorial weekend. More

The dealership always finds little problems that I never even noticed. The folks are always friendly, know me by name, and help me when I don't understand things. If I could give zero stars I would. Holly (service department) and rusty (service manager) are probably two of the most rude and careless individuals I have ever had the displeasure of working with fo department) and rusty (service manager) are probably two of the most rude and careless individuals I have ever had the displeasure of working with for my warranty claim. They kept my car for 11 days and didn't do any work on it and kept giving me the run around when I would call and ask for any type of updates. They refused to provide the information my warranty company requested because "it's an aftermarket warranty" as if that makes me lesser of a person or something. Then told me I needed to pay them 3000 dollars cash or they wouldn't provide the photos my warranty company asked for to begin work on my engine. When this was brought to the managers attention his "I couldn't care less" attitude was very apparent and they obviously did not want my business. It would have been nice if they told me that on day 1, 2 or even 3.. but to wait until the 11th day that my car was in their possession to tell me they didn't feel like it was "worth it to dedicate someone to drop my oil pan" is absolutely ridiculous! Do not go here if you want work done in a timely manner or done at all to be honest. I had to pick my car up and take it elsewhere for my car to get fixed. Ganley Chevy will never get any more business from me or any of my friends or family and I will be making sure anyone else I speak to knows about how they are incompetent and rude. More
