All around bad experience Sales staff is unhelpful, and give quotes that they do not honor. Was looking to purchase a 2016 Chevy Silverado from this dealership so went to see Sales staff is unhelpful, and give quotes that they do not honor. Was looking to purchase a 2016 Chevy Silverado from this dealership so went to see the truck, unfortunately a salesman told us the price was not negotiable. One week later the price was reduced by ~$1,000. Now interested in buying, we worked with a different salesman who told us that he could lower the price even further and gave us a verbal quote. The appraisal on our trade in was near the lowest price for the worst condition according to KBB. Nonetheless, we were prepared to buy the truck on the spot at the verbally quoted price. Then, the salesman told us that his manager would not let him sell it at the price he gave us. Additionally, in a follow-up phone call he insulted our trade-in vehicle and said he was already doing us a favor with the appraisal value. Would not even look at this dealership again. More

Upon returning home, we discovered that the Intellilink Infotainmen In October, we purchased a 2017 Buick Envision from Ganley Buick in Strongsville. Upon returning home, we discovered that the Intellilink Infotainment System Manual was missing from the car. Three times we called Tony, our salesperson, and each time he promised to send the manual to us. He never did. We then called Joe, the sales manager, who promised to send the manual within 3 days. He never did. We want to warn any potential Ganley customer that their post-purchase customer service is non-existent. More

Given the drive distance I called to see if the vehicle was available and had a couple followup questions ahead of making the trek to Strongsville, OH. The sales person confirmed the vehicle was available but failed to return my call with answers to 2 simple questions. I followed up 6 hours later and was told that he was too busy but would call me back in 10 minutes. Never returned my call. Rather than continue to wait I contacted a dealer in Cincinnati OH with the same vehicle, got my questions answered and bought the vehicle from Cincy the next day. Bad communication, poor customer service and indifference to my objectives cost Ganley a cash sale. More
As far as I'm concerned they only take your money. Buying a used Chevrolet was one of the worst experience’s I’ve had since I’m not a car person I had to take they’re word on the 90 day warranty. Less than 3 weeks of ownership the ABS brake light came on the brakes were checked before purchase by them, the answer I received from service was, “$125.00 and we’ll tell you how much it’ll cost you for us to fix it.” Could be I’m upset that the 90 day warranty doesn’t cover what I believed it would, this in my opinion is a safety issue, I could never recommend this dealer to anyone. Took it in again for a warranty issue (which it took 3 times to fix correctly) and more damage was done to my vehicle, and when I spoke with Pete Bauer about it he yelled at me for only bringing him warranty work and how he was not making any money off of me. When I began shopping for a car for my daughter I never even considered going to that dealership and I never will. More

I contacted 3 dealerships. the other 2 dealerships got back to me ASAP, and invited me to come take the I have been lookin for a new 2013 Acadia. I contacted 3 dealerships. the other 2 dealerships got back to me ASAP, and invited me to come take the vehicle for a test drive. I drove at one dealership and got a quote from the second. I had to call Pete Bauer myself the next day, as all I got was a form response 8 hours later from Wally at Pete Bauer. When I finally spoke with him, he didn't want to give me a quote, just wanted to know what the other dealers had quoted me and promised he could beat it. I insisted on a quote, and he relented and said he would call me back. He called back about 10 minutes later, telling me the 2013 Acadia is not out yet, which I told him wasn't true cause i had driven it. He told me the way I wanted it equipped would have to be ordered from the factory and would take 4-6 weeks. He said there would be some available soon, but all he could give me was a price range of $50, and the low point was $50 higher than my other quotes. He flat out lied to me on a few fronts, and when I called him on it, he told me I was a liar, or tried to throw other dealers under the bus. I car shopped for a Buick at Pete Bauer in Strongsville- Bob was the salesrep. Due to child care convenience at the time I eventually leased a buick from another dealership. Bob called me the day after and told me if I were to bring my newly leased buick into the Strongsville facility I would not be given the same level of service or priority a person who bought their Buick from Pete Bauer would be given; he continued on to essentially say that I would not be welcomed at Pete Bauer Buick for the standard Buick service detailed in the GMAC smartlease agreement. He also bad-mouthed the other area dealer. He was absolutely selfish, self serving, and have lost any potential future business from me. More
