My Encore GX had an engine malfunction warning light that was coming on and off. I took it in and found out it had a recall that I did not know about yet. Also, there was a recall for Brake System Control was coming on and off. I took it in and found out it had a recall that I did not know about yet. Also, there was a recall for Brake System Control I did not know about. Both items were taken care off. Also, when first purchased in June I had an oil problem that required two service appointments. Hopefully, there won't be any more recalls. I have had three previous Encores with no problems whatsoever and I chose this new model for its upgrades. I am pleased with the prompt excellent service I received. More

The only real issue I had was how long it took for my window to be replaced. Unfortunately that was due to an entry error where my number was put in incorrectly so I couldn't be reached.
