Sales experience was absolutely top notch! Salesman (Josh) very personable and professional, answered most of my questions and those that he didn’t have the answer for he got the answers fir them. Unfortunately after the sale I was extremely disappointed in the service department. I brought my truck in for a couple of minor issues and was assured that everything on the list that I provided would be complete and covered under warranty that did not happen! When I called back and asked for the service manager I was told he would call me right back, he did not. I followed up with 2 more calls in the following two days and no response, each time I spoke to someone in service, not a voicemail an actual person. I called my salesman Josh and he said he would talk to the service manager and ask him to call me, it’s now been months and no call to explain why he did not do what he told me he would do. The conversation that I had with him was very specific and his assurances to me were crystal clear, he said that all the listed repairs would be taken care of, no charge yet when I picked the truck up he was unavailable to talk and I was given pricing information to get the work done. I feel like I was lied too and then ignored! It’s a shame, I truly like the vehicle and the salesman, the dealership is the closest one to my home but I can’t see myself buying another vehicle from Ganley. More
