We had the vehicle towed to this dealership for a repair which was under warranty. We were told we would be notified of an update once they had a chance to look at the vehicle. We weren’t. When we called days later, we were told the vehicle would be ready for pick up that day. It wasn’t. When the repair was finally completed and we picked it up, we were charged for an oil change and tire rotation which we had not been notified were being done- and had not authorized. Although Courtney in the service department was very friendly- the overall customer service was not good. We will not utilize this dealership in the future. More
