I used to love their service department, literally couldn't say enough until this last time. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Now I am stuck w close to a $1,100 rental car bill b/c this dealership couldn't say enough until this last time. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Now I am stuck w close to a $1,100 rental car bill b/c this dealership decided to stop caring about the customer. NEVER AGAIN.. NEVER!!! IM LITERALLY DISGUSTED for how I was treated this time. 😔 Shame on this dealership!! More

As always, the people at this dealership are very good. Everyone is very Friendly and Professional. Always fun to talk to Erin and Courtney. They are very knowledgeable regarding the servicing of my TRU Everyone is very Friendly and Professional. Always fun to talk to Erin and Courtney. They are very knowledgeable regarding the servicing of my TRUCK! Erin thoroughly explained what would need to be done to resolve the issue with my retractable Running Board. She was correct and that resolved the issue. They are very good. As was the service completed on my Yukon Denali. Everything was completed quickly and as requested. For example, I very much appreciated their work with my Battery. It appeared there was a problem with it. They tested it and found it to be fine. They could have just replaced it and charged me but they were Honest and did not. Always a pleasure to talk to the people such as Nick, who sold my truck to us. I will not go anywhere else for service on my truck - no reason to do so! More
