Reviewed tire rotation with write up person, rear tires cross to front like it’s shown in 2020 Terrain book, page 328.I left book open to this page on passenger side for mechanic to also see. They are lying to cover up the fact they sold me a used truck that should have never been certified. Told me the truck had the wrong steering wheel in it but when the gm rep calls them they tell them they truck that should have never been certified.
