I made an appointment and dropped off my car. I listed the issues as a bushing noise in the front when hitting bumps, a service transmission message that randomly pops up (took a picture of the d I listed the issues as a bushing noise in the front when hitting bumps, a service transmission message that randomly pops up (took a picture of the dash message on two different occasions and showed them on drop off. And that the alignment seemed off. They called me to pick up the car a few hours later. Upon arrival I was told they found nothing wrong with the transmission, no bushing sound identified and that it could use an alignment but wasn't horrible. I asked them why they didn't do the alignment to which they responded I would have to bring the car back on another appointment. I was charged 299.00 for that. I never heard of a shop finding a problem but not fixing it when the appointment was specifically for that problem. They seemed to want to get me out of there with the least done as possible as quickly as possible. I ended up going to Axlerod Buick and received way better service. More
Great folks, good prices. I just had my SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation. Made appointment a week ago to have moonroof shade repaired. Was told that they had the part(s) to fix the problem. Decided to also have the oil changed and tires rotated while the car was in[why not repaired. Was told that they had the part(s) to fix the problem. After waiting for the work to be done, I was told that the repair couldn't be done, as the part needed to be ordered. If they knew I was coming for a repair that they said they had the part(s) for, why wouldn't they set it aside for the repair? Why wouldn't they notify me that they used the part(s) for someone else and not waste my time and reschedule? More
