I leased out my second Envision with Ganley Buick GMC in Strongsville! I had an incredibly positive experience. The salespeople were friendly and knowledgeable! They took the time to review the car with me and showed me all of the features so I knew how to use everything. From picking out the car to finance, it was quick and efficient. Other than a little delay in getting our vehicle everything went pretty well. Our floor mats weren’t cleaned properly but rest of car was good. Absolutely terrible experience at Ganley on 3/5/2025. Would recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle of any kind avoid the Ganley group at all costs. Here's why: I have a lease for a 2023 Buick Env Would recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle of any kind avoid the Ganley group at all costs. Here's why: I have a lease for a 2023 Buick Envision through another dealership. I have 11 months left on this lease and it currently sits at 14,000 miles and change. I decided to price out a GMC Sierra lease which was advertised as $379/mo sign and drive. I started by doing my homework on the residual value of my vehicle, getting offers from multiple online vendors, and checking how much similar vehicles to mine are selling for. The math worked out to roughly this. $22,500 residual value, $5k of payments remaining, offers from online retailers averaging 26,800, and similar cars at similar mileage and options to mine selling at dealerships for average $28,000. All these numbers led me to believe that I would be making a lateral move give or take $1,500. This is where Ganley comes in... I was told by the sales associate that she could offer exactly the residual value of my Buick in trade because "those vehicles don't hold their value". I thought this was an odd tactic as they have brand new Buick Envisions on their lot that they're trying to lease and sell to other customers that I'm pretty sure they wouldn't say that to. I was told my lease payments would be between $500 and $600 a month, basically saying I would sell Ganley my vehicle for the exact turn in amount (even though it was valued at $5,000 more) AND THEN pay them another $5,000 on top of that over the course of my new lease. Absolutely insulting and ridiculous. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS DEALER. More
