Worth adding another bill. I traveled the state of Wisconsin (I live in Fond du Lac) looking for a new car. I tried 5 different SUVs, dealt with multiple dealerships, and extens I traveled the state of Wisconsin (I live in Fond du Lac) looking for a new car. I tried 5 different SUVs, dealt with multiple dealerships, and extensive internet research. I then decided on a Rogue - my previous car is a '05 Altima and 'she was getting up there is age'. There was no rush, nor did I have any luck dealing with car dealerships. I went to dealerships in Milwaukee, Oshkosh, Appleton, and Madison and they left me feeling dumb, overwhelmed, and I didn't feel my questions were getting answered. I traveled up to Green Bay for work and remembered I had some car work done at Gandrud and I really liked them. That is where I met Ethan - he answered all my questions and not once did I feel pressured. (He didn't even laugh at me when I told him I'm having a hard time letting go of my 'Altie', that I've had for the last 12 years). He showed me used and then showed me new, and he 'ran the numbers' helping me determine if used or new would be best for me. I decided on new. We then met with Ryan, who very patiently (keep in mind I'm 36 years old and have never had a car payment so I had no idea what 95% of the paperwork meant) - went through everything with me. As previously stated, I've had work done on my Altima at Gandrud and they were great, however the patience, consideration, and knowledge Ethan and Ryan had provided me was second to none. I cannot recommend them enough. Although I have added another bill - I can't Thank you enough! More

He gets a gold star for that!!! We did our research before coming so we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted. Heartbeat listened to our needs then found exactly what we asked...no pressure or up-selling which was great. Another gold star! The Finance Manager was also really friendly & went the extra mile to make the financing work and make the deal happen. Third gold star!!! The Nissan building also has a really nice enclosed playroom, free popcorn, & free soda which improved our experience 100% because the kids were happy so we weren't stressed or rushed! A few more gold stars!!! More
