As for the purchasing experience at Galpin Lincoln and Volvo, it could not have been better. This was a big purchase and my salesman, Todd Kessler, provided exceptional customer service the entire time. He was patient and provided a ton of great information while I was making the decision. I never felt uncomfortably rushed/pushed into making the purchase and he was highly knowledgeable on the car. Todd is a fantastic sales rep. Big kudos also go to Steve Sullivan in service. He has taken wonderful care of me and my prior Volvo and truly exceeded expectations for service. Between Todd and Steve, Galpin has a customer for life. More

Since I made a call I was feeling confident with the treatment that I got. Went to the dealer and when I saw the car was pristine condition but best of all the car was still under manufacturer warranties, the other car doesn't, and I got better interest rate on the financing. I'll highly recommend this dealer. More

Customer Service is king! Once again, I had a wonderful experience at Galpin Volvo. My check engine light came on on a Friday night and I was scheduled to leave on a road trip Once again, I had a wonderful experience at Galpin Volvo. My check engine light came on on a Friday night and I was scheduled to leave on a road trip Monday morning - panic! My usual service guy was not in, so Jack S. in service kindly helped me. He allowed me to come on Saturday morning, during their very busy time, and even gave me a nice loaner car because he wasn't sure how long it would take. He helped me transfer things to the new car and even provided free drinks for the kids with me. The car ended up being ready the same day and he helped arrange a pickup time that was convenient for me. He and the team made it so easy. Every time I have contact with Galpin Volvo, it makes me so grateful I decided to get a car from them. Always top-notch service. Always. More

I was really hesitant because we both have never purchased a brand new vehicle from a d My husband and I bought our very first car together at Galpin. I was really hesitant because we both have never purchased a brand new vehicle from a dealership before. We had the pleasure of meeting Ivan Merino and Justin Permijo at the dealership and both of these gentlemen welcomed us warmly. Upon arrival we were taken to a licensed Starbucks that was on site and our entire order was complimentary. Mr. Permijo told us about the different cars that were new and offered to let us take whatever we wanted for a test drive without any hesitation. We were escorted to a lot were we picked the car we wanted to take for a ride. We instantly fell in love with the 2017 Lincoln MKZ. We knew after taking the car for a spin that we wanted to move forward with one of the biggest purchases we ever made together. Justin and Ivan made the purchasing process so easy – this was truly a one of a kind experience for us. We cannot thank both of these men enough for all of their help and outstanding customer service.
