Besides his dapper sense of style (the man has a plethora of amazing Bow Ties), He is attentive, finds what we’re looking for, fast and nurturing. He goes as far as ordering food when my time at the dealership is during traditional meal times, he entertains my children while My husband and I discuss and look at cars, etc. Eric takes into consideration what Im looking for (Price, size, features) and finds it, but with better options. I purchased my new S60 from Ali Khalil, who gave me a phenomenal deal! Ali was extremely responsive to my texts and emails, assuring me of all the little details that I kept asking him about. Due to living 2 hours away from the dealership, and not having anyone available to drop me off at the dealership (I didn't trade my current vehicle in and wanted to drive the new one home that night), Ali set me up with a complimentary Uber ride there! Once I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted by Ali who showed me my new car first thing as he wanted to make sure I was happy with it. Once we were in the office, he reviewed the terms of my lease, nothing of which changed from our texts and emails. While I waited for the finance manager, Ali offered to order dinner for me from the restaurant operated by Galpin that is directly across the street. Once I was called to finance, I was met by J. Chick, who couldn't have been any more friendly. Everything went smoothly and before I knew it, I was sitting in my new car with Ali, who stayed after hours to so he could go over all of the features and settings. The entire experience was extremely easy, painless and fun. When I am in the market again, I will definitely give Galpin and Ali my business, and will refer friends and family to them as well. More

Service writer was downright rude Brought in our V90 CC for a mystery sound on the interior and also to ask about adjusting the driver door handle. I told the service writer that it was taking a lot of force for me to open the door. He then proceeded to open the door with ease (and make a show of it just to emphasize) with a look on his face that said “What are you talking about?” And then I stated it could not be adjusted. (Wrong.) When the mystery sound turned out to be a loose pen on the floor underneath the driver seat, I was practically scolded over the phone. “It’s a good thing we didn’t have to pull up the carpeting or you would have been charged,” the same guy said. Never have I been treated in such a misogynistic, condescending manner. I told Galpin management (via a survey they sent after) and I got no response. More

Best experience ever! My initial experience at Galpin Mazda was when a friend was turning her car in after her lease was up. She ended up leasing another Mazda CX-5 because My initial experience at Galpin Mazda was when a friend was turning her car in after her lease was up. She ended up leasing another Mazda CX-5 because she loved it so much. I was hoping I could buy her car somehow but that wasn’t possible. I was a little disappointed but I had the opportunity to check out the dealership. More importantly I had the chance to spend some time with Steven Rodgers, her sales person. Steve is incredible; he is knowledgeable, professional, kind, and patient. A few weeks later I saw a used Mazda CX-5 on the website at Galpin. I texted Steve and heard back from him immediately. I really wasn’t quite prepared to buy a car that day since I hadn’t even had my car washed so that it would look good to trade it in. My husband and I were at Galpin within the hour and Steve was there to meet us. We tested the car I was interested in and then drove all the way to the Honda store to test drive another car I thought I may be interested in. Steve usually works with jaguar and other high end cars but he showed interest in my needs and helped me decide what suited me best. We drove back to Mazda and there were other parties interested in the Mazda I had just test driven. Steve inquired about my level of interest and did everything as fast as possible to ensure that I got the car. He was amazing and I was really lucky since the car I ended up buying had even less miles on it than my friend’s car that she had turned in. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. My husband was with me and does not have a lot of patience but was totally pleased and impressed. I don’t know the gentleman’s name who worked in Finance but he was also really personable and professional. I have called Steve with a couple of questions and he has been just as helpful and caring. All in all, my experience and everything about the dealership was exceptional. More
