Adrien Torres service was professional, painless, and quick. I negotiated my new car purchase over the phone and Adrien was the most persistent. He had all the paperwork ready when I arrived at the dealership and did not try to change the deal. Basically I showed up and signed the credit check application and I was off to see Vicky Moreno. Vicky was very knowledgable in all the services and protection plans that VW and Galpin offered, and she explained all the services and protection plans I purchased. Quick and painless with her as well. In all I would highly recommend Galpin VW to anyone that is in the market for a new VW. More

Overall, my experience at Galpin VW was wonderful! Neil (Sales) was friendly and did not put off your typical "salesman" vibe. The process was easy and I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I wan (Sales) was friendly and did not put off your typical "salesman" vibe. The process was easy and I was able to get the car I wanted at the price I wanted - without stress and frustration! Vicky (Finance) was also very friendly and made the experience fun rather than stressful. Only small issue was the detailing job post-purchase. Because there were so many cars being sold, the quality of work was not up to expectations. ***Update on 9/10/2012: upon notifying Neil that the detail job was not spectacular, I was immediately taken care of. The service team did a beautiful job and my new car looks great. Not only did Neil make this a priority, but so did the Manager and the Service team. Thanks all!! More

I have always liked Galpin no matter which line, but with Volkswagan being new to the umbrella, I wasn't sure what to expect. They came thorugh with the typical Galpin service! They put me in the top of the line model for the price I expected to pay for a middle range car! I had narrowed my vehicle search down to the car I wanted and emailed multiple dealers looking for a deal. Galpin's response got me in the door of their dealership. Once I was there they were straight forward, friendly, and in the end got me a BETTER deal then originally promised!
