I have been buying cars since i was 17 yrs old...( 1967 ) hands down this was the easiest and best experience I have ever had. Where do I start, lol my experience at Galpin VOLKSWAGON has been one in a million an believe me I've been to a million dealers. Galpin really made me feel comfortable at the dealer I didn't feel like I was has been one in a million an believe me I've been to a million dealers. Galpin really made me feel comfortable at the dealer I didn't feel like I was in a room full of sharks, I feel almost as is if I was talking about cars with life long friends. My car rep was Victor. To put up with me you need a lot of patience, and Victor had tons of it, he drove me around and showed me cars for almost 4 hours! He took me to 3 different lots to show me various different cars and to try to satisfy my needs. And let me tell you Galpin has A LOT of cars to choose from, they carry tons of brands everything from VW, Mazda, Lincoln, Jaguar, Acura's, Toyotas and even Aston Martins so your bound to find the car you want at an affordable price. Victor was super friendly and put up with all my preferences to find the perfect car for me. At no time during the whole buying experience did I feel that the personnel at Galpin was just trying to get me for my money, they showed me and suggested cars in my price range and were honest with me the entire time. Best part was I got the car I wanted at an incredible deal for being a first time buyer. (I bought a BMW 330i) Victor's manager, Adam was also very helpful he helped Victor get me an amazing deal and even threw in 2 free oil changes for my car. When I received my car it had been just washed and had a full tank of gas. Victor explained all paperwork I signed and throughly went through everything with me and answered each and every one of my questions and I had a lot of questions lol I would defiantly recommend anyone to come to Galpin Volkswagon and speak to Victor Frausto if you're looking to buy a new or used car. He will provide you with the best deal and be a sweetheart all at the same time. I will definitely be buying my next car from Victor at Galpin and I will continue to come back and send all friends and family there. I first walked into Galpin Motors of the San Fernando Valley on Roscoe Blvd feeling very defeated because of being turned down by every other dealer due to my not so great credit, prior debt and a forecl Valley on Roscoe Blvd feeling very defeated because of being turned down by every other dealer due to my not so great credit, prior debt and a foreclosure and also having a trade-in that I owed way more on than was worth and not in the greatest condition. I had made an appointment with Chris Page over the phone. He advised me I would be working with Henricks Martirosyan in sales and leasing, new and used. I get there expecting to be shot down yet again. Little did I know I would be leaving that day in a brand new 2013 VW Jetta. Henrick and the finance manager Vicky Moreno worked their magic. Process was easy and delightful. I would recommend Galpin Motors to anyone. I was in desperate need of a veh in good working condition as I rely on my vehicle for my work as I am a full time mobile massage therapist. I am now a loyal customer of Galpin Motors and I wouldn't evern think of using any other dealer. We were trapped in a bad situation. What made matters worse was the additonal financial burdens from my breast cancer and Lyme disease battle. Michael Moses worked the impossible, financing a new car to us. Brought peace into our lives. He is a GREAT guy to work with; helped us purchase a new VW Jetta. I must also credit the two other employees, Paul Ulbrich and Michael Gould, who helped in making our deal happen.
