We were there this weekend and were able to get in and out pretty quick, When you think of dealerships you think its a all day adventure, but they don't Play games with you there straight up, I loved o out pretty quick, When you think of dealerships you think its a all day adventure, but they don't Play games with you there straight up, I loved our sales person ERICA TRUJOLLO shes amazing and really gets you great deals, She is super patient, and caring she wants to make sure you will love your car, She really does her homework on her cars as well and is not afraid to say she doesn't know something about the car and will go ask for you to insure shes giving you the accurate information, That made me feel like Erica Trujillo cared about my questions and didn't just spit some random answer out just to sell the car. She makes sure to show you a variety of cars just by what you say you like and at the end of the sale she makes sure to go over any questions you have in your new car as well as show you all the features and how they work. The finance department was wonderful as well, FERNANDO BALANOS is really friendly and personable. He really made sure we were comfortable and made sure to explain everything and answer all of our questions while going over the paperwork, He was really funny too I swear i got a work out on my abs from laughing so much. with some dealerships i have been to some of finance people don't think they need to talk to you they just make you feel like sign here here and here here are your keys now leave, But at Galpin Fernando Balanos was great he definitively sealed the deal that our experience here at Galpin was a great one :) We bought the 2014 Passat TDI Premium. We switched from the 2013 Honda civic and let me tell you the difference is...... i cant even explain it so amazing im in love like a school girl lol. The passat offers a luxurious and comfortable feel where as the Honda was just a car to me at least i know some people love there Hondas but for me the TDI and the idea of a clean car was just more appealing. I was a little afraid at first because people said that the Passats are really big but when i got in Everything was adjustable to me, I could customize the car to fit my short legs lol without being so close to the steering wheel and my boyfriend could customize to him as well with presets for the drivers seat you just get in press your button and it goes back to the way you like it. We also loved the dual-zone automatic climate control, Being on two different temperatures really works for us. The heated seats are amazing too as well as pretty much everything else in the car lol you'll have to go see one for your self to uncover all the rest of its neat features. Back to Galpin, They are super friendly i felt like a close friend when i walked in there from everyone. They really care about you and understand that car buying can be difficult and they try to make it as painless as possible. At OTHER dealerships when i would walk in i would feel like i was being attacked by multiple people even when i said i had a appointment with someone and they would go behind others back saying that they would give me a better deal if i came to them instead, BUT at this dealership everyone helps each other and you can tell that they are all Happy working together and as a team, Which gave me great comfort. He was very knowledgeable and patient which was a big help because I'm very picky and indecisive. He showed me multiple models and options, from Passats to Tiguans. I ended up getting the Jetta TDI because of the gas benefits and the overall feel and look of the car. Everyone at the Galpin VW Dealership was very nice and helpful from the GM all the way to random sales associates greeting me and offering me water (which was awesome because it was a hot day). They even had a Labor Day BBQ going on for everyone that was there "shopping around". One month after having my car they had me come in for a routine check up to make sure everything was running well with the car and that I was happy. Dennis Hern was my service consultant for the one month check. He was also very nice and seemed happy to be doing his job. He asked me if I knew where the tire pressure reset button was. When I told him it was in the glove box he seemed surprised that I knew where it was. I told him that Adrien was very thorough with his explanation and check over of the car to make sure that I knew what everything was for. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and experience I have had with Galpin VW and will definitely be recommending Adrien Torres to all my friends and family! More
