THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! My 19 year old daughter came to me 6 months ago and said, "I really, really want a Jetta". We went in, crunched some numbers with the salesman but the monthly payments were too high for her. That salesman hounded her for months!!! A few weeks ago, I took my daughter to Galpin VW, because a friend referred me to David Rodgers. So helpful, knowledgeable and trustworthy, he made the deal work!!! I did have to co-sign for her but, he knew she had done her research and saved the money for the down herself and took the extra step to see that she received the best deal for her money! Upon taking delivery of the vehicle, we experienced some unforeseen issues, that’s when Michael Schwartz stepped in!! God Bless this man, he bent over backwards....literally. Michael treated my daughter and me with kid gloves! He did everything humanly possible to make my daughters 1st major purchase buying experience, well, unforgettable! She actually cried tears of happiness on the drive home!!! I feel completely confident that my daughter got the best deal! Because of the awesome experience and the honest to goodness customer service we experienced, there is no question in my mind where I will go to purchase cars for my other 2 daughters!! One co-worker who refuses to purchase a new car continues to put money into a car she has had more than ten years. BUT, changed her mind today when I gave her the key and let her go by herself to check out the car. I also gave her my phone so she could experience the "Bluetooth" feature. She stayed in the car for almost an hour and her squeals could be heard in the lobby from the parking lot !!! More

I went to Galpin Volkswagen to get a new GTI and I am so thankful I did. I first spoke with Albert Cortes who was very helpful.
