Both Erik Barajas and Salvador Mendoza were great! Prior to coming to Galpin, we were advised that they would match our CarMax quote, but after Galpin appraised it, they offered us $8,000 less! After the manager spoke to us, Erik was very sincere and took full responsibility for the miscommunication. That was something he did not have to do, but he did, and we found that very admirable. We left and were ready to visit other Mazda dealers. After more thought, we were really appreciative of Erik's honesty and integrity and returned to Galpin because of him and wanted him to get credit for our lease. Unfortunately, he had left for the night and Salvador closed the deal. Salvador was very understanding of our situation and ended our deal on a positive note. More
