I decided to go to Galpin Mazda in Van Nuys since it was closer to test drive a new Mazda 3. They gave me their lowest price and I set out to battle 8 dealerships against each other. One by one they dropped out of the race and I narrowed it down to one amazing bid from a dealership with lots of bad reviews on the other side of town, known for making promises they can't keep. I promised John that I would come to him last just to make sure he couldn't get me the lowest possible price on the car I wanted. Sure enough, he was able to beat everyone else's bids by a long shot and I got a deal I was not expecting to get. John started the process on the phone and then stayed at the dealer after hours waiting for me to get there with not one complaint. I can't recommend him enough to anyone who is in the market for any car that Galpin sells... not only Mazdas... even though the Mazda 3 is the best car on the market right now. More

My father had an arrangement with a consultant he spoke to over the phone but when we got there he was already entertaining other guests, so he recommended us Mr. Policarpio. I did not have a very good experience when I bought my first car and I was still reluctant with talking to another one. To my surprise he was very accommodating and patient, did not rush us nor did he push the idea of buying the car we chose, gave us options and from picking the car to our financing. Big help for me and easier for someone who knows nothing about cars or buying one (even though this is my second car). All was good and I am happy with my purchase. More
