Very Easy Process I bought a CX-5 on Wednesday. I showed up and was greeted by Michael Moses. He was one of the friendliest people I have ever met. He didn't try to h I bought a CX-5 on Wednesday. John Balyan at Galpin Mazda Santa Clarita is the best! I got a call from John about 3 months before my lease was set to mature. He was never pushy. I decided to go to Galpin Mazda in Van Nuys since it was I got a call from John about 3 months before my lease was set to mature. He was never pushy. I decided to go to Galpin Mazda in Van Nuys since it was closer to test drive a new Mazda 3. They gave me their lowest price and I set out to battle 8 dealerships against each other. One by one they dropped out of the race and I narrowed it down to one amazing bid from a dealership with lots of bad reviews on the other side of town, known for making promises they can't keep. I promised John that I would come to him last just to make sure he couldn't get me the lowest possible price on the car I wanted. Sure enough, he was able to beat everyone else's bids by a long shot and I got a deal I was not expecting to get. John started the process on the phone and then stayed at the dealer after hours waiting for me to get there with not one complaint. I can't recommend him enough to anyone who is in the market for any car that Galpin sells... not only Mazdas... even though the Mazda 3 is the best car on the market right now. More
