From getting a clear line by line price sheet online to completing the application and financing arrangements from the comfort of my home. It was all painless, especially when compared to the typical in-dealer experience. I loved that I didn't have to lose half a day sitting at the dealership to take care of everything with all the back and forth, proposing this, arguing that, and adjusting the other. Instead, everything was clear and streamlined. I did my bit and could focus on other things while they did theirs. I felt much more respected and comfortable this way.
