He answered all of my questions and the next day, even emailed me additional step-by-step (Mazda makes a great car, but that manual...) "cheat sheets." He told me that I could set up an in-person appointment if I want a more in-depth tutorial because the CX5 Signature has so many bells and whistles it's impossible to learn them all in one short setting.
