When December rolled around, I was set on purchasing either the regular (Naturally Aspirated) or hybrid CX-50. However, after visiting the dealership & seeing the CX-5 Turbo, I was impressed by its premium features—active driver display, heated & ventilated seats, 360-degree camera, wireless Apple CarPlay, & more in addition to being around the same price as the cars I was eyeing. Rudy walked me through all my options & provided detailed explanations about pricing, payments, & features. He even stayed later than usual to make sure the process was seamless. I test-drove multiple cars, & his attentiveness & expertise ultimately helped me decide on the CX-5. His dedication & customer-focused approach made this one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had.
