Let me start this off with how professional Louie was on our very first contact over the phone. I let Louie (Luis) know what my interest was in a vehicle I saw online and within the hour Louie called me bac our very first contact over the phone. Within the next 2 hours we had a deal worked out and the following day I took delivery of the vehicle. The experience was the most positive I've ever had in purchasing a vehicle from a dealership.
