From the start, he answered all of our questions and was very patient and accommodating when we went back and forth between CX-5 and CX-50. He made sure we were confident and happy with our purchase and also went over all the details without hidden surprises. Then, we met the finance manager, bill (actual name, William), who went over all the warranty-related programs with us. He is such an honest man I've ever met in my life who helped me decide what I actually need vs. what is nice to have. The process took a while, but it wasn't stressful because of these gentlemen. Let me start this off with how professional Louie was on our very first contact over the phone. I let Louie (Luis) know what my interest was in a vehicle I saw online and within the hour Louie called me bac our very first contact over the phone.
