When we came in to the dealer, she warmly greeted us and showed us the car. We were somewhat indecisive about our initial color choices and almost moved on. I was appreciative in how patient she was, not pushy at all, but allowed us to settle finally on a metallic gray with brown interior. That evening when we got home, I noticed some small items on the invoice that weren’t in the car. I gave her a call and she immediately addressed the concern. I just had the best experience Al the Galpin Mazda. My girlfriend and I spent days researching and test driving all types of vehicles in the range (cost and model) that I was looking for. I got to work with salespeople all over Los Angeles and nobody even compares to Rudy and Jonathan. Rudy answered a phone call from us and was so gracious. He was waiting when we arrived and immediately made sure we were comfortable (coffee and water). I had a thousand questions and he wasn’t in any hurry to push me through them. He also knew every answer. He took us to the lot to look and talk more. Once I decided on something to drive he brought it right to the front and off we went. This was a completely different and better experience than any other I had throughout the entire week of doing this. Once we returned he turned me over to Jonathan to talk numbers. Jonathan was as kind as I’ve ever seen in this department. Nothing pushy, nothing abrasive, always willing to listen. (I had previously been scoffed at for my thoughts on financing at another dealership). We found the exact deal that I needed and the signing process started. They helped to expedite the signing so I could make my dinner plans that night! Both Rudy and Jonathan even offered to have me back to walk me through ALL of the extra fun stuff my CX-30’s Trim comes with (I’m taking them up on that!!!!). I heartfelt THANKS to Rudy and Jonathan, and a big congrats to the whole management team over there. They run a tight ship and it went a long way with this guy!! More
