This was a painless and thoroughly positive experience buying a car! I had been test driving cars at a few dealerships and each one was somewhat characteristically awful. I called Galpin to ask about a few of the cars listed on their website and it was my GOOD FORTUNE that Jonatan Gomez was the salesperson who took my call. He was AMAZING! He met me at the door with the keys to a few of the cars I was interested in test driving. He was incredibly knowledgeable about each make and trim I drove and after giving him my "car history" I believed he knew what kind of car was going to be best for me. After my first test drives (in rain and darkness of evening) I asked Jonatan about coming back and re-driving each make and trim. He patiently attended to my questions, concerns and likes/dislikes of each car. I had planned to also test drive Hondas at Galpin but after my 2nd day of working with Jonatan it was simple to make a final decision. We immediately stepped into paperwork and details - he was frank, informative and all along the way - wonderfully kind and funny. I couldn't recommend him more fully!
