I like that Amir didn’t try hard-selling me into buying thing I didn’t want. I must admit that prior to going to Galpin, I leased 3 vehicles from Mercedes Benz of Arcadia. All three deals took place via phone and email. I told my rep what I wanted and didn’t have to go through finance at all. I was in and out in 45 mins tops for all three leases - long enough to sign, hand over the check, go through the features, and pick up my keys. I wish it could have gone this quickly at Galpin. More
