I purchased a new 2024 MX5 GT from this dealer last month. The deal was good but the post-sale dealer experience has been atrocious. The delivery day was very cloudy and, after I took the car home, I noticed the paint in much better lighting. There were severe scratches and webbing in the clear coat all over the entire car. I knew I wouldn’t be able to repair the damage myself so I had a professional auto detailer look at the car. It’s going to require a stage-two paint correction and ceramic coating application due to the amount of clear coat damage. The cost will be several hundred dollars and it will take hours to undo the damage caused by the dealer. I reached out to the Galpin sales rep last week and all he would do was offer a free car wash, which will only make the damage even worse. I also left a message for the sales manager but he never even bothered to return my call. The bottom line is that this dealer was careless and unprofessional in handling my car. It's as if whomever washes a car just sprays water on the surface and uses one very dirty towel to dry it, damaging the clear coat in the process. This is incompetence and negligence on the part of the dealer when they took delivery of my car and subsequently prepared it for sale to me. It's also something I feel they should be responsible for, either fully or at least partially. I've already reached out to Mazda USA for resolution. There was also a piece of metal trim missing from one of the key fobs, which they still haven't sent me yet. Additionally, all 4 tires were inflated over 10psi greater than the recommended level. I'd never buy another one from this dealer. More

Eric B. was my sales person and he was absolutely amazing. Eric B. went above and beyond his call of duty on his customer service skills and showed me his true talents. I was treated like I was in charge, he asked me what I wanted to pay and made me feel like I was never presured into buying anything but rather having a great coversation of what I was interested in and reviewing all of my options with price to maintain my budget. I felt that trust of confidence in him and that made me feel comfortable to move forward with a purchase. I ended up buying a 2024 Mazda 3 from the floor dealership and it was the most simple transaction I could have made on a Sunday afternoon.
