Here's a story about 5-Star service...I leased a Lincoln Corsair from Galpin Lincoln last March. The Corsair is a rocket-ship with a luxury interior...the high powered 4 cylinder motor has averaged 26+ mpg Corsair from Galpin Lincoln last March. The Corsair is a rocket-ship with a luxury interior...the high powered 4 cylinder motor has averaged 26+ mpg so far. When you go there, ask for Maldino...he will help you get the car you want. He's a true professional...suit and tie...lots of knowledge. When you need service...ask for Service Advisor Jack. After a few months, the Corsair developed a rattle in the sun roof mechanism. Jack offered to come and get the car...I live 120 miles away. It turned out that my wife and I had an appointment in the valley on a particular day and we dropped the car off to Jack. He gave us a loaner car...another Lincoln. It apparently was no easy fix...he had to call for factory help...the repair took 3 weeks...but he and the mechanics stayed with it and got the problem fixed. Then they delivered my Lincoln back to me...120 miles away...and picked up their loaner car at the same time. 5-Stars...nothing else to say. More
