Our experience with Galpin Lincoln was very good from the day I test drove the 2013 Lincoln MKZ hybrid. There was no high pressure to buy and Ivan Merino was very informative about the car. I would recommend this dealership again because of the excellent way we were treated. Henrik Einfeldt was our sales person. We are from Bakersfield,Ca. This is our first lease with Galpin Ford, but our third transaction with Dave Meadows. Dave Meadows is one of the few honest and caring car manager's, who delivers the best cust Galpin Ford, but our third transaction with Dave Meadows. Dave Meadows is one of the few honest and caring car manager's, who delivers the best customer service we have ever received. My husband is disabled. He requested that Dave would have everything done so that when we went down to Galpin, all we would have to do is bring our trade-ins and sign. Dave kept in contact with us throughout this the deal. I faxed him information that he needed to complete the deal. We left for Galpin on Friday morning 5-10-12. Dave called us to make sure we were on the way and that we were safe. When we arrived, Dave and Charlie were there to welcome us to Galpin Ford. There was our new 2013 Edge, waiting for us. It was great to see Dave. He has always kept in touch with us by phone or mail. That's what we like abot Dave, he is old school...Customer Service!!!!!!. He introduced us to Charlie, who was very friendly and kind. Dave handed us off to Charlie, who would be handling our transaction. Charlie was great. He was very attentive, informative and knowledgable. Charlie showed us the operational information we needed to drive off. We were only there 3 1/2 hrs. Thanks Dave and Charlie for your consideration and excellent customer service. We are to return in 3 years and we are looking forward to it. I will make sure that when people comment on our beautiful Edge, that we will refer them to Dave and Charlie. This is my 3rd lease from this dealership. I have had a Jaguar, Mercury Milan and now a Lincoln MKZ. I was not sure about a 2012 lease due to some financial difficulties this year but to my surprise and b Jaguar, Mercury Milan and now a Lincoln MKZ. I was not sure about a 2012 lease due to some financial difficulties this year but to my surprise and beyond my expectations, not only was I put into a luxury car, there was no money down, over $5,000 of rebates and an effortless day with laughter, friendliness and warmth. I was so impressed with the service where another dealership in town was horribly rude, I literally called several friends from the showroom and told them to get down there and buy their new cars; one called, another is going this weekend. I can't rave enough about Galpin; they go the extra mile for their clients. They work magic where others don't want to work anything at all. More
Typical Car Sales!! I was given a price and was told that it was the best one that they could offer me. First off, the vehicle was not explained to me AT ALL!! Liars and con artists! They said a car is in stock to get me to come down (1.5 hours away). When it wasn't there, I threw a fit. anmost every car they have is loaded with overpriced crap!
