In 2010 I realized the money I was putting into repairing my 10 year old Chevy Cavalier was like having a car payment. Therefore, I knew it was time to get a new car. Prior to going to Galpin Honda of Miss my 10 year old Chevy Cavalier was like having a car payment. Therefore, I knew it was time to get a new car. Prior to going to Galpin Honda of Mission Hills, I went to 2 other Honda dealers, one had good customer service, the other acted as if I wasn't good enough to purchase a car from them. However, when I went to Galpin Honda, I received the most excellent customer service! I was able to lease a 2010 Honda Civic LX. Alexander Tumasov was my salesperson and he is truly amazing and a wonderful person. Last week, I received a call from a young lady at Galpin Honda, Mission Hills, explaining that I qualify to get into a 2012 Honda Civic even though my current lease had not expired. I was very reluctant and thought this sounds too good to be true. Well, to make a long story short, I now have a 2012 Honda Civic LX, new body style, new color, new features/upgrades. God is good! I would like to thank the Galpin Team of Alexander Tumasov, Brooklyn, and Steve for taking such good care of me as always, even though I was tired and somewhat impatient, they treated me so well and made me feel like I was a valued customer. I am writing this review to My wife and I had an excellent experience buying a Honda Pilot from David Fuentes and Gilbert Jordan of Galpin Honda. I am writing this review to encourage other potential car buyers to visit Galpin Honda. I have been shopping around for several months. I am rather a parsimonious (CHEAP) person, so it took awhile for us to buy one. We just finally got an amazing deal, and we are extremely happy. I have seen a total of 18 used Honda pilots. I have been to every Honda dealership in a 120 mile radius. None of the sales persons at other dealers where like sales men David Fuentes and Gilbert Jordan straight to the point, kind, helpful and not pushy. As soon as I walked onto the lot, David Fuentes approached me and my family. He had a big smile asked how he could help us how our day was going. My first thought was, I hope this guy isn't pushy. He walked me over to the used Honda pilot section on the lot and gave me a detailed review on the pilot. We took a test drive and came back. I made a low offer, but I told him I was headed to my appointment to another dealership before I would purchase the pilot. He said, maybe he could get the car even $500 lower than what I offered if I would make the deal on that day. I was intrigued and the price was $1500 below on kelley blue book. I still decided to go to another dealership that I had already called on and spoke with the sales manager. Two hours later David contacted me on the phone and he came back with an amazing deal for me. I was originally looking at the Honda pilot EX-L models, but he got me rock bottom price on a Touring model fully FULLY loaded and cheaper than most dealers have the EX-L models listed at. I hadn't considered the Touring because the price was above my budget. We looked at the touring model. My wife loved it, but I said no because it over the budget. David knew how my wife loved it and my 3 year old who climbed in and put the wireless DVD headset on. David really did surprise me because I was expecting him to work on a deal with the cheaper EX-L model and he went 1 step further working a VERY excellent bargain for me and my family without me even asking him to do so. We came back to the dealership at about 7pm and bought the Pilot by 9pm after Gilbert took me on another test drive to make sure I didn't just like it but loved it. David had to leave and asked Gilbert to help me out. In my opinion, Gilbert and David are both laid back happy go lucky type of guys who sincerely want to make you happy and not just another sale. Thank you both very much! I have bought over 20 cars from dealers and David and Gilbert are the nicest honest sales men I have come across. My neighbor said she wish she had bought her Honda pilot from Galpin Honda too. Two months ago she bought a 2010 Honda pilot with 5,400 more miles than ours and she paid $2,300 more and its a EX-L model not the Touring model we just got with all the goodies. Again, thank you very much. I will definitely recommend David and Gilbert at Galpin Honda to all my friends and all the people that I know looking for a car. Nick and Sally. More

I was in the market for a Honda Odyssey and spent the better part of two days talking to sales people at various dealerships and test driving newer models of the Odyssey. After many unappealing sales people, I was feeling less than hopeful that Galpin would be any different. I ask for Joe as I called him earlier about what he had in stock. He was a pleasure from the moment he introduced himself. He was informative, knowledgable, and never tried any underhanded tactics when selling the car. He sold me as much as the car sold itself. The process was relatively quick and painless. A few days later, he called a few times to check in on us and see how the car was serving us and to see if we had any questions pertaining to it. There was absolutely no pressure from start to finish, but total responsiveness on his part. He also took it upon himself to personally secure the right vehicle (color, option package) for us, driving many miles out of his way to do so. It is no surprise that Sean is one of the leading salesmen across all of the Galpin brands. I would recommend him to anyone, without reservation. More
