I came here on 5/6/2012, just looking at cars, and I never dreamed I would actually be able to leave with a brand new Honda Civic 2012, and it was thanks to Mr. Glen Phillips! The reason for this rating of all 5's is because Martin was an excellent sales person. My husband and I were beyond comfortable with Guinea we didn't feel that he was pushy like others and he helped us get was an excellent sales person. Vicky made the finance part easy and fast. She was great as was Martin. My salesman was Sunny and he got me the best deal around town! I leased a 2012 civic lx and Sunny was very helpful and knowledgable. He got my payments to $130 !!! The only reason we gave this rating is because of the employees Ozzy, Janet, Ricky great customer service. They were really great in taking care of us above & beyond to make us comfortable. Because the last time we came into the dealership it was not a comfortable & we got ripped off. Because Ozzy called us several time she finally persuaded me to come in. She set us up with Janet & right from the start she was great, & easy going. Afterwards we meet Ricky Pennington, he was wonderful took care of the paper work & he even took care of our dinnertime. Ricky took us to see Vicky Moreno to finish up the last little bit of paper work. Janet Lynn Colbert came back with nicely washed car went over the car with my husband & off went with the new car. The entire sale process was very pleasant. Galpin was so great to me and my husband. Not to mention I received and great appraisal for my 2006 Hyundai Elantra and I was able to put that appraisal amount towards my BRAND NEW 2012 HONDA CIVIC.
