I bought a 2007 ford edge I drove it home and the next day it broke on me. Took it back to galpin Honda and it has been in service since then I spoke with George sales manager and Ed general sales manage day it broke on me. It dosen't make sence we all think that buyer a car should be a happy experience well my was and still is a nightmare I hope someone with a heart read this and will tried to help me since I'm so frustrated . This Civic was a birthday surprise for my 17 year old son and Katie (along with the rest of the staff!) played along with the elaborate practical joke we concocted to trick him. It was a memorable day, one my son will remember forever, and I can’t thank Galpin enough.
