My family and I have been looking for cars at many dealerships, however the employees at those other dealerships seemed as if they just wanted to sell a car, they were not that interested if we were s dealerships, however the employees at those other dealerships seemed as if they just wanted to sell a car, they were not that interested if we were satisfied with the car or not. They put pressure on us to buy something, which just made us want to just leave. My family lives in Ventura County and we decided to go to Mission Hills because of how great the service was the first time we visited. The employees offered coffee, hot chocolate, waters, and drinks like that, which was very welcoming. They were all so friendly, and our conversations were as if we have known them for a while. Our sales consultant, Gilbert Jordan, made sure we were completely satisfied with which car we would chose, he showed us the whole interior and how every little thing functioned. He explained how the engine worked, the differences between cars, and so on. It was also very convenient that he spoke Spanish which made us feel even better about our buy. All the workers there have a positive attitude and they do a great job at what they do. They make the costumer feel welcomed and are well taken care of. As we were checking out prices, they tried to make a price work best for our budget, which was the number one thing that we were more concerned about. However, the manager and Gilbert mentioned great deals and explained all the other special deals that we could get, if we wanted to. In the end, we ended up getting a 2012 Celestial Blue Metallic Honda Accord. I am currently attending the university and need a car to commute to and from the school. The Accord, like Gilbert mentions, is high ranked in safety, which was one of the important reasons that lead us choose that car. We were looking for a nice safe car for me to drive around and protect me if anything happens. The color is simple beautiful and the black interior is great. I love everything about it, and so happy that we picked Galpin Honda. We will most likely buy another car when my brother goes off to college in a few years from Galpin Honda. The Experience at the dealership was great. Our sales person made us feel very comfortable and really change our attitude towards car dealerships and sales people. I bought a 2007 ford edge I drove it home and the next day it broke on me. Took it back to galpin Honda and it has been in service since then I spoke with George sales manager and Ed general sales manage day it broke on me. It dosen't make sence we all think that buyer a car should be a happy experience well my was and still is a nightmare I hope someone with a heart read this and will tried to help me since I'm so frustrated . One day galpin Honda will realize that selling a car is not just about making money and screwing pleople . Is about making a customer happy and getting referrals .
