I couldn't take it that day because the color I wanted was not available, so next day I got a call from Nick and he had my CRV EX in the color I liked ready for me. He even deliver it to my work !!! BEWARE GALPIN HONDA' SALES TACTICS Last experience was just unbelievable. Id been waiting since Dec 2011 for the CNG Civics to arrive. Was alerted by salesman on 3/10/12 the car had arrived. I had been just unbelievable. Id been waiting since Dec 2011 for the CNG Civics to arrive. Was alerted by salesman on 3/10/12 the car had arrived. I had been told up front by the GM the car would not be marked up. We were ready to purchase. We kept asking for the sales sheet to see the true price of the vehicle and were just constantly told what our monthly payment would be. They asked for our down payment check which we never wrote. Finally after the sales manager and salesman did there we'll be right back routine for the umpteenth time we were handed a one page print out. The price of the car was over $900 more then sticker. I was told the car came equipped with "gude point" basically an iphone app. This is all before we went to finance where we would have been hit up for more. WE WALKED. NO DISCLOSURE. NO INTEGRITY. Finally got the car I was looking for!! Had an amazing experience when I came in to Galpin Honda this past Saturday. The internet reps. are great made sure we got the right info and told us when they started lowering the prices to meet our budget.For those of you coming after us beware of the night sales manager Rubick, we recommend you stay away from him and deal with someone else for the price of the car because his exact opinion is with the price of gas going up people will be piling in to buy these cars so you should be greatful for the price you get. I'm sad to say that we were seriously considering buying a second car than and there but after hearing his opinion and ending up paying more than we wanted for the car we changed our mind. More

I leased my new Honda Accord 2012 at Galpin Honda. We agreed upon a price (best out of the 2-3 dealers in local area), and the rest was just a quick wait for them to clean, gas, and finish the paperwork. Overall, very satisfied with the service, and will be sure to visit again when the time comes for a new Honda. More
