We purchased our used 2007 Volvo XC90 from Galpin Honda on May 23, 2011 and with an agreement to fix certain things with the vehicle to be taken back to get services. We had our appointment to get the car service on June 6, 2011, which we dropped, off the night before on June 5, 2011 with service technician Mike James. On our invoice #238222 it indicates that our Mileage in: 99976, which was correct but the Mileage out: 99977 which we are outraged about and want an explanation to the mileage accrued on our vehicle when the Mileage when we picked up the vehicle was 100061 and the job on the vehicle was not finished Galpin Honda had our vehicle for 3 days and the jobs was really sloppy the headliner and steam clean was poorly done that the headliner is dirtier than when we dropped it off and the car was not re-detailed at all car came back dirty there was still dirt on the car of our floor and the tape to “try” to fix wind noise was still there and warning light is still on for bulb position failure came back on after 1 day so problem never solved. They told us to come back. We are so outrage at the customer service that Galpin Honda has shown. We tried to contact the manager with the service dept. but like poor customer service he did not call back. We will not bring our vehicle back to Galpin Honda and the things as agreed in the vehicle purchase agreement not completed. More
I have to say, Tony worked hard for us to get us into a used car with a reasonable monthly payment. After several hours of test driving and looking at various used cars, he was told that the used cars cou used car with a reasonable monthly payment. After several hours of test driving and looking at various used cars, he was told that the used cars could not carry the amount that we were under in our trade in. He then worked hard to get us a good lease in a 2012 Accord. I appreciate his hard work, he tinted our windows for free, and kept the payment we agreed upon the same even though our payoff was a bit higher. I would recommend him and this dealership. We will be free and clear in three years and will negotiate even harder for our next purchase/lease. Thanks for your help. More

I was really impressed with this place. It is a beautiful, clean, spacious building with plenty of comfortable tables and chairs for customers to sit and wait. The friendliness and professionalism of the people working there was evident. I came in for an appointment to buy a new car after dealing with the sales representatives over the internet. Armen Bandari was prompt responding to me and when I walked in, we introduced ourselves. He was busy with another customer and he personally introduced me to Saun Butts who turned out to be the nicest car salesman. Those two guys gave me hope again for the car-sales business. They spoke clearly to me with number figures that made sense. They put all the numbers in black and white and did not pressure me a bit. I walked out of there with a new car, with a great sense of clarity about my transaction and feeling happy. At the end of the deal, when they gave me my key, Yvonne walked me through the whole car, explained all the features to me in the most friendly way. I could tell that she was really happy for me and not just doing her job and going through the motions. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a car. I only went to this dealer to see the color I wanted. Jaimie approached us and answered all my questions. He spent a lot of time with us and even took us to one of their other lots to get the exact color Jaimie approached us and answered all my questions. I did my homework and challenged them on the price I needed to pay and they agreed. I was able to finance my car with 0% interest on the balance. This was their Memorial wknd.offer. I must say this was my first car ever and Jaimie Godina and the whole staff made it very memorable. I would recommend this dealer to anyone but you must ask for Jaimie to seal your deal. More

My husband had emailed several different Honda dealers in the hopes of seeing who will offer us the best deal on a Civic. We had 2 appointments with different Honda dealers on May 26th, we met with Tabitha in the morning and after test driving a Civic we showed her the best deal that a competitor was willing to offer us and she not only beat that offer but also added tinted windows plus their 0% financing offered by Galpin Honda.
