The location is convenient to the 5 Freeway, the showroom is large, very clean, the bathrooms were well stocked and clean, and the "cafe" was good too. There were over 60 Odyssey's on site for us to choose from. During our several hours at the showroom, we purchased drinks and refreshments. The children's area was well equipped with video games and a large TV which kept my two kids entertained and occupied while I conducted business. Our salesman Charlie Chen was excellent and had answers to all the questions we had. He was considerate, and thoughtful and gave us a good price. He explained the process throughly and introduced us to each of the staff members were interacted with. I told Mr. Chen I would purchase my next Honda from him. Previously, we had used Robertson Honda but never had a good experience there. Galpin is a much better dealer for us. More

We were looking for a favorable experience in the purchase of a vehicle. After being referred to Galpin Honda from Galpin Mazda, after visiting Galpin Vovlo and Galpin Ford we had the sheer exuberan purchase of a vehicle. I was concerned upon first meeting this young lad as I have a general distaste for 20 somethings. Walied proved to be mature enough to handle my sarcasm. His patience with my spouse was evidenced in his understanding that our decision was based on the comfort the car provided. As we left, prior to the purchase, and drove back over to Galpin Mazda (passing by Galpin Jaguar)he assured us that he wanted us to purchase the car we wanted. When we went back to Galpin Honda (geez how many Galpins are there?)we quickly closed the deal. The "money & paper guy" --- really we have to sign something saying the whole experience was in English??? --- I think it was Ramon was diligent in his duties, no matter how many times my wife signed incorrectly. Not having to purchase a new car in 15 years, I dreaded going to a dealership. I don’t like to haggle, be expected to take a car that is less than what I want, and being talked into payments that prove to going to a dealership. Since I had my eye on a 2012 Honda Accord Coupe EX –V6 for the past few years (drove my sister’s Honda often and loved the feel of a Honda), I went to the Honda website and *built* the car I wanted on line. Model, year, color, interior, features, options and even figured out my estimated payments. Filled out a few basic questions on their secure credit application site and within a few hours I received a call from sales associate, Armen Bandari, at the Mission Hills, California Honda Dealership. Not only did he find the exact car I wanted with affordable payments, the car was actually fully-loaded so I was getting even more for my money! Still having the aversion to “car lots” he offered and then proceeded to drive the car to my home the same day! We finished the paperwork in the comfort of my own home; he took the time to show me all the features of my new car and then drove away in my trade-in. My negative past experience of buying a new car has now been completely obliterated. I didn’t want to give up the style of my Camaro but the Honda Accord Coupe is a much sportier car *and* I built, bought, traded in my old car, and then had my new car in my garage – in ONE DAY! I can’t thank Arem and all the folks at Mission Hills Honda enough. More
