I walked into Galpin Honda to get my friend's car serviced and saw their Labor Day special. Met with Walied to check out the used cars they had and fell for a 2010 Honda Civic. Took it out for a spin serviced and saw their Labor Day special. Met with Walied to check out the used cars they had and fell for a 2010 Honda Civic. Took it out for a spin and found the car to be in excellent condition. Came back the next day, bargained over the price and bought it for a really great price. Have had the car for nearly 2 weeks now and its been running real smooth. Really happy with the dealership and especially with Walied who helped me get a great deal on this car. (I’m 56, by the way) I came back without any doubt or fear, & finalize getting a car with all my personal desires and needs. Matt started up where Chris left off, with the same care and concerns, making everything continue with ease. (Just so you know…Chris did keep checking in and was helping out, throughout the whole procedure also...) In the end, I drove away without any doubts, in my First New Car, Happy, I made the choice to go to Galpin Honda… AND, I finally can set my fears aside and walk into this dealership without any hesitations in the future…!!! Ed and Dennis were amazing! They went above and beyond to try and help us get out of a very bad trade in situation (we were incredibly upside down on the car we had).
